We just picked up 11 week old black Labrador Chanel from the Guide Dogs for the Blind campus yesterday.
So far she is a pretty mellow and sweet girl, but does not like being by herself. Her first night with us was similar to Ricki’s first night, a fair amount of crying in her crate.
She is a little shy and timid with new experiences so we will have to consider this when socializing her.
So far Ricki seems to like her new little sister and has been very good with her. Eli isn’t much for baby puppies so he likes them to keep their distance and Chanel is leaving him alone. So things are going well and we look forward to updating everyone on her progress.
